How We Built Syntaire: From Frustration to Solution

Every startup has an origin story. Ours began with a shared frustration that we knew countless other companies faced: the impossible challenge of keeping a brand consistent as it scales.

The Problem We Kept Seeing

I'm Oscar Lodeizen, and together with my co-founder Pepijn Brimer, we've spent years watching companies struggle with brand consistency. Whether it was the marketing team using slightly different messaging, the sales deck that didn't quite match the website, or social media posts that felt off-brand - the pattern was always the same.

Every new hire meant another voice. Every new channel meant another opportunity for drift. And every piece of content required manual review to ensure it stayed on-brand. It was exhausting, expensive, and frankly, unsustainable.

The Lightbulb Moment

The idea for Syntaire came during a late-night conversation about AI and its potential. We realized that while AI was being used for content generation, no one was really solving the consistency problem. Sure, you could generate content faster - but faster off-brand content isn't exactly helpful.
